Budbie Bardha Tarbie Barbhisattvas

In this new series of works, I bring into being the true nature of Barbie as the reincarnated Buddha, Taras or Bodhisattvas. Buddhism came to the West from the East. These Barbies were similiarly ‘made in China’ and ‘made in Malaysia’. They were brought to these shores by the millions to enlighten America and bring a message of Inner Plastic Peace and Emptiness.

Amitabha Budbie is the Budbie of ‘Infinite Light’ and is one of the most compassionate figures in Buddhism and lives in the paradise of the West. According to the Sutra of the Pure Plastic and Happy Land, all mortals can be reborn into this land if they worship Amitabha Budbie.

Green Tarbie is the female counterpart of the compassionate barbhisattva Avalokiteshvarbie. Tarbie was born from a teardrop of Avalokiteshvarbie’s left eye and transforms the green poison of envy into the positive energy of wisdom.

White Tarbie is the form of the Green Tarbie and symbolizes transcendental knowledge and perfect purity. White Tarbie was born from a teardrop of Avalokiteshvarbie’s right full open eye which is exemplified by a lotus in full bloom.
