A Recent Passage to India

The world literally comes to your doorstep living here in the Bay Area. We are lucky to find great Indian cuisine, coworkers and culture as well as the evolving diaspora's cultural melange.
India is many things to many people and is as diverse as any country can be in languages, geographically, political viewpoints and realities.

These pictures are by no means representative of all things India but only capture a romanticized outsiders view of India as seen through my westernized gaze. What I find interesting is at times cliche and eternal..

All my artists proceeds from selling these photos will go directly to the Bay Area chapter of AID, the Association for India's Development: .
